For those thinking about the new Athlon's, the stock cooler had the processor showing 58C in the Bios until I added the Cooler Master as mentioned above. It also got noisy in Windows 10 when I was working on a few things at a time.
Now with the new cooler installed it is 45C in the Bios and very quiet in Windows even though I have now taken the liberty to overclock up to 4Ghz.
